Is this a full case or just a duct kit?
v1 is focused on the ducting system itself: side duct, CPU inner duct, and raised exhaust platform. The open-case frame is mainly there to hold everything in place and prove the airflow concept.

Early days, honest answers. Here’s what we can say about the v1 ducted prototype so far.
What hardware does it target?
We’re aiming at modern DDR5 builds with ATX-style layouts and beefy CPUs. Think high-core-count AMD / Intel chips with mid-to-high-end GPUs.
Will it support glass panels later?
v1 is intentionally glass-free. For v2, we’re exploring a side panel with carefully placed exhaust vents so the duct still works while giving people the option to close things off.
Is this safer than a traditional case?
Safety is a big part of the design: stable frame, clean cable routing, and materials chosen to handle heat. But it’s still an open-case prototype, so normal PC safety rules apply — especially around kids, pets, and liquids.
When will early units ship?
No hard date yet. Once we finalize the duct geometry and bracket system, we’ll contact people who filled out the early access form with realistic timelines and pricing.
